We offer a range of services to cover all sporting and fitness requirements, specialising in the fields of long-distance, endurance and ultra-distance running as well as applied strength and flexibility development.
Our services are fully confidential and include training analysis and advice, designing unique training programmes, help with event preparation and providing on-going training support.
We work with clients in many countries – throughout the UK, in several parts of Europe and even as far afield as Australia.
We have a 100% success rate in improving the performances of our clients. One of our early clients set a World Record by becoming the first person to run from Land’s End to John O’Groats off-road. Another of our clients broke a National Record in an ultra distance event.
